2024 Festive News - Operating Hours / Holiday Closure / Last Order Dates

Extension of Operating Hours for Retail Shops

The operating hours of our retail shops during this festive season are extended from 2nd January to 8th February 2024 as follows:

*Operating hours before 1st January and after 12th February 2024 will be as per usual, unless otherwise indicated.

Closure Dates for Chinese New Year Holidays

Please be informed that The Singapore Mint will be closed for the Chinese New Year holidays.

Do note the following dates & time:

Head Office, and Retail shop at Coin Gallery - Head Office

CNY Eve – Friday, 9 February: Closed.

Closed from Friday, 9 February – Sunday, 18 February. Operations will resume from Monday, 19 February onwards.

Retail Shops at ChinaTown Point & Suntec City Malls

CNY Eve: Friday, 9 February: Open from 11 am to 4.30pm.

Closed on 10 & 11 February. Operations will resume from Monday, 12 February onwards.

Online Orders: Collection & Delivery before CNY Holidays

Chinese New Year in 2024 falls on Saturday, 10 February.

With the festive holidays fast approaching, you may wish to ensure that you have your Year of the Dragon coins, gifts, and collectibles before Chinese New Year.

Below are some important dates to take note for the timely processing of your orders for self-collection & / or local delivery before Chinese New Year -

Self-Collection/Delivery for Online Orders by Chinese New Year

To ensure that your online orders are processed and available for collection/delivery before Chinese New Year, please note the following dates –

For self-collection of orders at retail shops by Friday, 9 February**	Orders are required to be placed and fully paid for before 31 January
For local delivery orders by Friday, 9 February **	Orders are required to be placed and fully paid for before 31 January

To avoid any further delays, please place separate orders for items that are on pre-order / temporarily out of stock.

Any orders received after the above indicated dates** will not be processed for self-collection or local delivery by 9 February.

All orders received after above indicated dates** will only be processed from 19 February onwards, after our Head Office resumes operations.

Please note that due to a surge in delivery volume during the festive season, there may be delays in delivery.

To avoid any disappointment, please place your order online early, or head down to our retail shops, or to the nearest pop-up / roadshow event to purchase directly.
