• All products and promotional items are subject to stock availability.
• Allocation of Singapore Lunar coins will be subjected to balloting if oversubscribed by indicated pre-order closing date.
• Event operating hours are from 11am to 7pm daily, with the exception for the last day where the event ends at 5pm sharp.
• Proof of identification will be required for collection of pre-orders along with the original copy of the collection letter.
• Customers must provide their name, mobile number, the last 4 characters of their NRIC, email, and consent to the PDPA clause to be eligible for any of the Singapore Mint’s promotional activities.
• The Management reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice.

Terms and Conditions for Members’ Monthly Lucky Draw and Lunar Year of the Snake Grand Gold Draw

• Eligibility:
  • The Members’ Monthly Lucky Draw and Lunar Year of the Snake Grand Gold Draw are open to all new and existing members of The Singapore Mint holding PLATINUM (PRIVI), GOLD, or CLASSIC membership.
  • Membership must be valid at the time of entry.
• Promotion Period:
  • The Members’ Monthly Lucky Draw runs from 1 November 2024 to 31 October 2025.
  • The Lunar Year of the Snake Grand Gold Draw runs from 1 November 2024 to 12 February 2025.
• Earning Entries for Monthly Lucky Draw:
  • Members will earn 1 entry into the Monthly Lucky Draw for that transaction month for every S$100 spent in a single transaction during the promotion period.
  • Eligible transactions include order(s) or purchase(s) made online or via mail-order form received through fax, mail, email, or retail shops.
  • Entries are valid for the duration of each calendar month. All qualifying purchases made within the month will be considered for that month’s draw.
  • Multiple transactions may be made to accumulate entries.
• Automatic Entry into Grand Draw:
  • Members with qualifying entry/entries into the Monthly Lucky Draw from 1 November 2024 to 12 February 2025 will automatically be entered into the Grand Gold Draw.
• Draw Dates and Notifications:
  • The Monthly Lucky Draw will take place within 10-14 days after the last day of each month. Winners will be notified via email or phone.
  • The Grand Gold Draw will take place within 10-14 days from 12 February 2025. The winner will be notified via email or phone.
• Prizes:
  • Each month, one lucky winner will be randomly selected from all valid entries received during that month to receive prizes valued at approximately S$500. The specific prize may vary each month.
  • The Grand Prize for the Lunar Year of the Snake Grand Gold Draw is the 2025 Singapore Lunar Snake Gold & Silver 3-Coin Set, valued at S$5,780.
• Prize Collection:
  • Winners must claim their prizes within 30 days of notification. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of the prize.
  • Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.
• Publicity:
  • By entering the draw, participants consent to The Singapore Mint using their name, photos and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation. This may include, but is not limited to, photos or videos taken at the prize collection.
  • Winner(s) who decline photo-taking may forfeit their prize(s).
• Privacy:
  • Personal information collected during this promotion will be used in accordance with The Singapore Mint’s privacy policy.
• General Conditions:
  • The Singapore Mint reserves the right to modify or cancel the promotion at any time without prior notice.
  • By participating in the draws, members agree to these terms and conditions.
  • The Singapore Mint reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be engaging in fraudulent activities or violating these terms and conditions.
  • The Singapore Mint is not responsible for any technical failures, lost entries, or any damage resulting from participation in the lucky draw.
  • The Singapore Mint’s decision on all matters relating to the draws is final and binding.

Terms and Conditions for Gift with Purchase (GWP)

• Redemption of gifts is exclusively available at The Singapore Mint retail shops at Coin Gallery (Head Office), ChinaTown Point Mall, Suntec City Mall, or at The Singapore Mint Collection Event from 1 to 5 January 2025 only.
• Eligible transactions for GWP include order(s) or purchase(s) made online or via mail-order form received through fax, mail, email, or retail shops during these periods:
  • o Festive Lunar Pre-Orders: Orders placed from 14 November to 31 December 2024, with collection / delivery dates scheduled between 1 January to 28 February 2025.
  • o Any orders with collection / delivery dates scheduled between 1 January to 28 February 2025
  • o Purchases made in-stores between 1 January to 28 February 2025
• Orders opting for delivery can redeem their free gifts at any Singapore Mint retail store from 1 to 28 January 2025, by presenting the original delivery letter. Redemption for gift(s) may be rejected if original delivery letter is not produced.
• Original proof of purchase and proof of identification must be presented for any redemption(s).
• One receipt is only entitled to 1 gift tier redemption.
• Redemption value must be in a single receipt only and cannot be of combined receipts. Redemption value does not include the purchase of vouchers or the use of any vouchers.
• Gift items may be replaced with another item of similar size or value.
• Strictly no cancellation of orders.
• Gifts are available on a while-stocks-last basis.
• Gifts are limited to one gift tier per redemption.
• The Singapore Mint reserves the right in its sole discretion to amend the Terms and Conditions without prior notice.

Terms and Conditions for Additional Gift Entitlement for Pre-Orders

• Redemption of additional gifts is exclusively available at The Singapore Mint 2025 Lunar Collection event at Visual Arts Centre
• 10 Penang Rd, #01-02 Dhoby Ghaut Green, Singapore 238469 from 1st to 5th January 2025 only.
• Gift items may be replaced with another item of similar size or value.
• Strictly no cancellation of orders.
• Gifts are available on a while-stocks-last basis.
• Gifts are limited to one gift tier per redemption.
• The Singapore Mint reserves the right in its sole discretion to amend the Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
